HAPPY EASTER!!!

Hope you had a great Easter Sunday. I made petit fours (mini desserts) for a brunch. Also had to make a chocolate show piece to be displayed on the dessert buffet.
Pecan Tartelette; Almond Cake; Cream Horns filled w/ Cream; Red Velvet Cake Triffle; Chocolate Mousse in Chocolate cups; Mixed Berry Mousse Tartelette; Strawberry Chocolate Cake.

Cream horns filled w/ Cream; Chocolate and Strawberry Cake; Pecan Tartelette; Choc Mousse in Choc cup; Red Velvet Cake Triffle; Mixed Berries Mousse Tartelette.

Almond Pound Cake and Blueberry Almond Pound Cake w/ Fresh Berries

Last Days In Culinary School

Last moments together...
Working on my final practical... We had 4 menus to pick from and  luckily I got fish...


Made a macaroni salad and trying to figure out the missing ingredients/ seasoning.









Chef Ward and Chef Lipscomb. If I become half the chef they are, I will be a great chef
